Tray-Roasts are soooo easy! Put all your ingredients into a roasting tray and have a delicious meal in around an hour with only one pan to wash! Great for non-meat and meat dishes. Here's what you do for the perfect tray-roast. Put your ingredients into the tray (suggestions on each pack), drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with seasoner and blend it all together with your hands. Now comes the important bit! Carefully had about half an inch or 120mm hot water from one corner. Why? Because the steam from the water makes sure that all the ingredients get lovely and soft and delicious from spuds to sausages, chicken to carrots. Now you know!
