Volcano Dust is amazingly black - made with charcoal, Turkish black chilli, crushed dark mustard seeds and a pinch of carbon-black cocoa with other spices and a hefty pinch of Scotch Bonnet. Use as a rub or to coat meat, flash-fry and roast.

Fossil Fuel is a bright red blend of paprika, cayenne and hot paprika smoked over oak as well as Italian espresso coffee and Scotch Bonnet. Amazing as a steak rub but adds an extra dimension to pasta sauce and even baked beans!
