Who doesn't like easy cooking? We don't like it. We love it!! Putting your ingredients in your favourite oven tray, seasoning them, banging them in the oven and then - an hour or less later - it's chow-time! We have four favourites we cook regularly and we're sharing our spice blends with you in this collection for chicken, sausages, fish and vegetables. There's no trick except adding a wee bit of water (or coconut milk) so the ingredients don't dry out and all cook at the same time including the spuds! It takes just a few easy-to-find ingredients and some lovely spicing to make a meal for two, four - or more!
