Postage & Packing

Your shopping cart will calculate shipping costs for you. Orders under £19.99 in value will be charged at £3.99 for delivery. Orders over £20.00 in value will be delivered free.
          
Non-mainland UK destinations and Ireland will incur a surcharge, please contact us for more information before placing your order and please note that we don’t currently deliver outside the UK. and Ireland.
　

Delivery

All orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. We aim to despatch your goods within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will contact you by email if we’re unable to despatch your chosen product(s) within 5 working days of receipt of your order. On receipt of delivery please ensure that all goods are checked. If your goods arrive not fit for use or are incorrect then please contact us within 48 hours of receipt (please refer to our returns and refunds section for more details).
