Here on the Jurassic Coast of Dorset we were inspired by evidence of our land's volcanic prehistory to create a hot chilli and garlic salt blend that's scorches - but doesn't kill. Heat, yes, but we still want to taste the great ingredients Dorset produces. Elevate not incinerate is our motto.
