A gutsy campfire burger seasoning with hickory smoke, smokey chipotle and aromatic herbs on a base of sea-salt. Fantastic for home-made smashburgers and cheese burgers cooked over gas or on the griddle where you still want that outdoor smoky bbq burger taste.
We also love it blended with butter/plant butter for rubbing under the skin and inside a roast chicken, blobbed onto steak and chips, into mashed spuds or for seasoning roast parsnips.
If you're feeling fancy try taking the skin off a pork crackling joint, rubbing the underneath fat with WoodFire and some butter or oil then replacing the skin before you roast. When the joint is done and resting turn up the oven and bang the crackling back in to get it totally crisp.
