Delivery
All Internet orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. We aim to despatch your goods within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will contact you by email if we’re unable to despatch your chosen product(s) within 5 working days of receipt of your order. On receipt of delivery please ensure that all goods are checked. If your goods arrive not fit for use then please contact us within 48 hours of receipt (see below Replacement Goods Policy).

Replacement Goods Policy
We endeavour to ensure that your order is packed and handled carefully but if you do receive damaged or broken goods please contact us by email at sheddies@dorsetspiceshed.com within 48 hours of receipt telling us what the problem has been. Please include a photograph if possible. We can’t accept liability for damage to goods in transit but we will apply goodwill to replacing goods from us that have been delivered unfit for use and proven to be so.
