Replacement Goods Policy
We endeavour to ensure that your order is packed and handled carefully but if you do receive damaged or broken goods please contact us by email at sheddies@dorsetspiceshed.com within 48 hours of receipt telling us what the problem has been. Please include a photograph if possible. We can’t accept liability for damage to goods in transit but we will apply goodwill to replacing goods from us that have been delivered unfit for use and proven to be so.
Cancellation Policy
It is your right to cancel your order up to 14 days after it has been placed and be re-imbursed. You will be responsible for returning your unwanted goods to Dorset Spice Shed by second class Royal Mail post or a comparable delivery service. We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions if your goods are returned opened, used or damaged in any way.
If you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it please contact us on sheddies@dorsetspiceshed.com (or by post to the address above) using the following wording:
I/we hereby give notice that I/we cancel my/our contract for sale of the following goods [insert name of goods purchased] ordered on/received on [include relevant date].

We will contact you directly to ask whether you would prefer payment by cheque or BACS. If you choose a BACS payment we promise not to retain your bank details after payment has been made. Please note that payments will come from Gustomarket bank account.

Changes
Please note that any changes to an order (such as changes of delivery address or changes to line items), once the order is placed, will be done entirely at the discretion of Dorset Spice Shed, and may incur additional costs. In particular Dorset Spice Shed will not be responsible for any delays resulting from customers providing incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, and if an order needs to be re-sent due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be charged for repeat shipping.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services will be refunded.

Please note that placing an order for goods from the Dorset Spice Shed website by pressing a ‘button’ marked ‘pay now’, ‘place order’ or ‘pay with Paypal’ is deemed to constitute a contract for sale between you and Dorset Spice Shed as referred to above. (Dorset Spice Shed is the registered brand name of Richard Mabb trading as Gustomarket)
