Made for chip and fries-lovers. Chinese chip shop-style Salt'n'Pepper seasoning delivers that authentic Oriental flavour with five-spice powder and ground Szechwan peppercorns. Our chips salts were first made in partnership with a fish and chip shop where we learnt the importance of salting chips as soon as they come out of the fryer when chips are piping hot. Adding salt and seasoning at this stage helps the seasoning flavour to bond with the very hot fat on the chips while the salt dries them out and helps them crisp. That's the recipe for tasty and crispy chips! Made to our own recipe for anyone who loves their chips, fries - and savoury popcorn too - Chinese style!

Store cool and dry for best before end see base. Shake onto very hot chips (or popcorn) straight out of the oven or chip pan placed on an oven tray or inside the air fryer basket or tray. Turn the chips with tongs or wooden tongs (for nonstick surfaces) to coat well, shake again if necessary then remove chips using tongs to shake away excess seasoning and serve
