Using just salt, herbs and aromatics Everyday Umami lifts and brightens the flavour of raw vegetables and salads, cooked green vegetables especially broccoli and courgettes, roast meats including chicken and lamb, steaks and also baked fish. Has a real affinity with olive oil use it in all olive-oil-based savoury dishes. Everyday Umami is simple and highly effective and it's our own recipe that you won't find anywhere else.
