When we think Italian food we think accessible, everyday rustic dishes. When we thought about an Italian seasoning we decided the main ingredient had to be - freshness. We also wanted to use less salt but get more taste. So we ditched the typical "Italian Seasoning" mix of strident woody herbs like oregano and thyme with tons of garlic and instead we went for leafy herbs like the undervalued marjoram and the ones we saw growing on balconies and in gardens and sold in bunches on market stalls all over Italy especially basil and parsley.

The result is a seasoning that elevates the flavour of all tomato-based dishes but also egg dishes, home-cooked beans, rice salads, pizza, baked fish, Italian meatloaf, salads, zucchini, caponata, pollo cacciatore, roast chicken, minestrone - simple, fresh, delicious - Buon Appetito!

Storage & use

Store cool and dry for best before end see base. Use just a small amount to elevate all dishes

At last, found the one...

Been looking for a really good kebab marinade for chicken for years. Finally found it!
This give the meat a fantastic authenic, to me, flavour that's every bit as good any restaurant or street food I've had. The only issue is the 90g tin simply isn't big enough for how much I want to use!

Amazing versatile product
