Our first Fish Seasoning

We totally love the flavours of Moroccan cooking and in this blend we've brought together its taste-stars including cumin, black pepper, turmeric, mint and coriander leaf and seeds. It's a blend that's well known as Chermoula and it's amazing with whole mackerel and sardines but also strong-flavoured white fish like hake, tuna and haddock or cod.

If you're using oily fish like mackerel or sardines just make cuts in the skin through to the flesh and rub in well. For white fish make a marinade with olive oil, smother the fish in it and let it rest an hour. We like to use this blend for barbecue cooking or the grill but it's also great in the airfryer.

Storage & use
