Un tocco is an Italian phrase meaning “a touch of” and you’ll need just a touch or two of Casalinga to liven up any dish. Casalinga means 'housewife' literally and la cucina casalinga like you see outside restaurants means home-style cooking.

This seasoning is salty, bold and warm and it goes with Tuscan peasant plates like baked beans, ribollita soup, pasta salsiccie, schiacciata (focaccia) bread.

At last, found the one...

Been looking for a really good kebab marinade for chicken for years. Finally found it!
This give the meat a fantastic authenic, to me, flavour that's every bit as good any restaurant or street food I've had. The only issue is the 90g tin simply isn't big enough for how much I want to use!
